Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails – Cajun/American
Founded in 2004, Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails is a Cajun-inspired restaurant that serves locally sourced ingredients in an elegant yet cozy setting.
The curated menu features primarily American food, including seafood, steak, chicken, pork, pasta, salads, and vegetarian and gluten-free options.

In addition to the tasty food, their cocktails are also a highlight, with creative and delicious options like the Bourbon Pecan Pie and the Ginger Jive.
What we like to order: We love the BBQ shrimp appetizer, blackened red fish as a main dish, and carrot cake for dessert. Of course, get your favorite cocktail, local beer, or wine.
Overall, Zydeco is a great place for a romantic date night or nice dinner with family and friends. You can expect to pay between $30 and $70 per person.
Spork – Mexican/Asian Fusion
With roots going back to 2009 as a food truck, Spork has been well regarded from the beginning.
Today, they are one of the top restaurants in Bend, serving delicious food from their walkable location in west Bend.

Spork’s cuisine can be described as a fusion of Mexican and Asian flavors, with popular dishes like curries, noodles, rice bowls, and chilaquiles.
What we like to order: We love the dan dan noodles, steak salad, banh mi. For a beverage, try something with SOM drinking vinegar. Be aware, the green curry is spicy!
Overall, Spork should be on your list of Bend restaurants to try, especially if you like Mexican or Asian food. Expect to spend between $20 and $30 per person.
Ariana – Top Fine Dining in Bend
Established in 2004, Ariana is a fine-dining restaurant that offers a unique culinary experience in a cozy, romantic setting.
One of the few high-end dining options in Bend, they offer a daily seasonal menu with a daily six course chef’s tasting menu.

With three locations in Oregon, Bangers and Brews has been successful in selling their delicious sausages, fries, and sauces.
Don’t be fooled. This isn’t your average hot dog. They offer tons of sausage types, from classic blends of pork, beef, and spices to more exotic meats like wild boar, elk, and duck.
You also get to choose your toppings like onions, peppers, and cheese as well as tasty sauces such as chimichurri, mustard, and BBQ chipotle. The combinations are endless.

Pair your banger with a side of fries, mac and cheese, and local beer on tap. Their Bend location has indoor seating as well as a dog-friendly patio.

Parrilla Grill – Best Wraps and Bowls

Serving mostly wraps and bowls, we have to say their menu is one of the most unique in Bend. Needless to say, they have something for every mood.

Plus, they try to source their ingredients from high quality sources like ranch-owned co-ops, marine board-certified fisheries, and local farms. They also have a lot of vegan options.

Sunriver Brewing – Best Pub Food
We said we’d save breweries for later, but we had to include Sunriver Brewing in the best restaurants in Bend list!
In our humble opinion, it has the some of the best pub food in Bend, if not the best.

Between their incredible beer, walkable west side location, and top-notch pub food, it’s hard for us to recommend a better brew pub for the food.
What we like to order: We love the Bacon Brew Burger, the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and the Pub Nachos. Including a beer, you can easily spend $20 – $30.

A newer restaurant in Bend, Ranch Butcher Chef (RBC) has quickly established itself as one of the best steakhouses in Bend.
Located in the trendy Northwest Crossing area of west Bend, RBC serves incredible steaks.

Their beef comes from 7-Mile Creek Ranch in Klamath Oregon, a ranch that practices responsible grazing practices.
Cocktails, whiskey, apps, sides, and sauces go perfectly with various beef ranging in cuts, storage, and preparation styles.

Realizing there was a greater need for local and honest food, they started selling salads, pizzas, sandwiches, soups, and fresh pasta.

Today, they serve brunch and supper, with expansive menus on both sides of noon.
We love to get their organic house made pasta and amazing sough dough pizza, even if we end up spending $20 – $30 per person.
Local tip: Located in a residential area, street parking can be tough. Also, there is usually a line outside the restaurant for brunch, so get their early, late, or prepare to wait.
