Boneyard Pub
Boneyard started brewing beer in Bend in 2010 and recently opened a new pub in 2018 on Division street. The pub is where trivia is held on Tuesdays.
Boneyard’s trivia is one of the best in town. It is hosted by Quizhead Games which is a local group that does trivia in other spots as well (like On Tap) and also in Redmond/Sisters.
Trivia by Quizhead Games is funny and fun. They put out hints on their Instagram (see link above) that give some context as to what the trivia questions will be about.
Boneyard Pub has tons of indoor and outdoor seating suitable for all seasons of the year. They also have great food.
Silver Moon
Silver Moon is a brewery and hangout spot near downtown Bend. They have modern and spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas. Overall, it is a great spot to hang out and grab a drink or food from the food trucks.
Silver Moon has trivia on Thursdays at 7:00 pm. Bring up to 7 of your friends (groups of 8 people). You can even reserve tables for $20 and the cost goes to a cancer prevention charity.
Trivia at Silver Moon has a reputation for being difficult, but also welcoming and fun. Hope you’re up for a challenge!
Trivia at Silver Moon is especially fun during warmer weather when you can sit outside. They have fire pits to keep you warm when the sun goes down.
JCs
JCs is a popular and casual hangout spot in downtown Bend that is more bar than grill. It’s your typical bar that has lots of indoor seating, pool, and shuffleboard. While the vibe is fairly relaxed, it can get rowdy on weekends, and during Wednesday trivia.
As far as trivia goes, JCs does a pretty good job. There are lots of questions that span a variety of categories, and the whole thing lasts around 2.5 hours.
The questions are hard but not impossible for the average mind. They are diverse too, which lets people with different backgrounds contribute. Furthermore, there is usually even a physical challenge like extra points being awarded to the team whose representative can hold the longest plank.
Overall, we recommend JCs trivia. It is a great way to spend a Wednesday night with some friends or meet some new people. Trivia starts at 7 pm and ends around 9:30, but get there a bit early to get settled.

On Tap is a popular taphouse and food truck lot on the East side of town. There is drink and food for everyone here, and plenty of space to spread out.
